Every once in a while, we like to convert our studio into a stage, or like they say, an intimate performance space. It has been delightful so far and we have hosted some really talented artists, as well as evenings of jam sessions trying to explore that talent. Our performances have ranged from dances, to mime, to storytelling, to music and much more.

Apart from this, we also like to bring together people through open community activities and events like storytelling or drum-circles to engage people in arts and provide an opportunity for people to discover other artists to collaborate with. Join our community and write to us to perform at the next #AamadStage session.

Stories & Music

Just an evening of stories, music and dance. The performers were Urmila, Deepti, Omie, Alok, Shruti, Shiv, Manoj, Rajan, Aatmprakash, Rohit and a few more.

Some Raw Love

Some Raw Love- Stories of Amrita Pritam & Woody Allen, performed solo by Akriti Singh.

Kommune- Storytellers

The first few sessions of Kommune actually began at Aamad. We are happy to have been the breeding ground for some of the great stories that have come out from here.

Odissi performance by Pallavi Das (granddaughter of legendary Guru, Adi Guru Late Padmashree Pankaj Charan Das) and her student Ananya.

MukkaMaar Christmas

We decided to celebrate the spirit of sharing on Christmas, and did exactly that. Every year, the Aamad family gets together and celebrates Christmas with those who are less fortunate, trying to make the community more inclusive.
